Unboxing Video Requirement
Customers are strongly advised to record a clear, continuous video while unboxing the package. This video must start before opening the parcel and clearly show the package condition and contents.
Unboxing videos are required as proof in case of:

  • Missing items

  • Damaged products

  • Wrong items received
    Requests related to these issues may not be accepted without proper unboxing video proof.

Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be shared via email or message so you can monitor your delivery status.

Delivery Delays
